This new update cuts off

I have multiple accounts in this game. I only planned on one but it had so many glitches I had to start another. I used the in game support and was told to restart and use the read all button to get my rewards out of my email, unfortunately the email with that the rewards was in was gone and it didn't work (which I included in the message). You apparently can only have one problem because when I went back it only would let me talk with a veteran player. This is a game coding issue and another player is NOT going to be able to help with this! This new update cuts off part of the screen when in castle view so you can't get to all your buildings. If you are a non-English speaker watch out; the translator is horrible!!! Oh and when you build the cannons it tells you how many REMAINING donations there are but it should say how many donations were made or count down. Example: remaining donations: 20/20, should mean there are 20 donations that can be made but really 20 donations have already been made. Oh it drains the batter with all the downloading!!!! Constant flashing blue download in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
